Visitation
Children who live with one parent nearly always have visitation time with the non-custodial parent. Our attorneys work with parents to tailor visitation agreements to their schedules and their children’s needs. Sometimes, however, parties cannot come to an agreement. When necessary, we will fight in court for our clients’ right to appropriate visitation. Similarly, when a parent violates visitation orders, we will seek enforcement through the courts. When family needs or situations change, we can petition the court to alter visitation agreements.
